Master plan

The revised proposal seeks to deliver a vibrant mixed-use development incorporating:

  • 11-screen multiplex Cineworld cinema
  • 5 family-themed restaurants
  • An Asda foodstore
  • 162 residential units
  • Central open public piazza with seating
  • New off-road walking and cycling routes to provide ease of access for existing and future residents



  • The development team has liaised regularly with Transport for London and Hillingdon Council Highways on the detailed transport assessment requirements
  • The primary access to the site will be the same as for the former dairy, from Victoria Road
  • The dairy generated a high number of HGV movements, whereas the new development will focus on local trips by foot, public transport and passenger vehicles
  • By mixing the uses on site, journeys will be encouraged throughout the day rather than at peak hours
  • The site is adjacent to the tube and key bus routes and pedestrian movements are prioritised to make it as easy as possible to use public transport to reach the site
